At PALMER PALMER®, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase and confident in your order. This Policy outlines the conditions under which the exchanges, or replacements may be accepted, the eligibility requirements that apply, and how the process works from start to finish.
Each PALMER PALMER® piece is thoughtfully crafted and handled with care and a commitment to quality. To maintain the integrity of our garments, uphold hygiene standards, and promote a more mindful and sustainable approach to fashion, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, or refunds. We only accept replacements and exchanges.
Replacements are only available if you receive a damaged item, and they can only only be made for items with similar characteristics such as color, size, material, or style.
Exchanges are only available if you receive an incorrect item and they can only be processed for a different size.
Please note that replacements and exchanges can only be completed for items currently in stock. We are unable to process any requests for out-of-stock items.
We encourage all customers to carefully review product details, measurements, and size charts before placing an order. Our team understands that finding the right fit can be challenging, and we are always happy to assist before you make a purchase.

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or an incorrect item, please read the following :

2. HOW TO REQUEST A REPLACEMENT OR EXCHANGE :

If your replacement or exchange request is approved, we will provide further instructions to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, and you will receive a confirmation email once the new order has been shipped.
Please note that replacement and exchange shipments will be sent to the original shipping address and cannot be modified.

We may update this Returns and Exchanges Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, operational processes, or applicable legal requirements.
